***If orders are ordered around holidays and election day, packages may also take longer to arrive as well.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Outside of the US):

USPS has certain countries they cannot ship to. Please check out this list before ordering: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

 If you happen to order and reside in any of those countries, I will give you a refund. Please contact me first though.

For the UK/EU, I'm not sure how VAT works, but I'll do my best to send shipments there if possible.

Due to Germany's packaging laws, I will not be shipping to Germany. The shipping will be $999 to reflect that.  I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

  • Where is my order shipped from?

Washington, United States

 

  • How is my order shipped?

Orders are either shipped in bubble mailers with extra padding and/or flat cardboard envelopes.

  • How long does shipping take?

For pre-orders, I will ship them as soon as I get the merchandise. However, the process will take a while after pre-orders close.


I will ship regular orders every Saturday. There will be days when I won't be able to ship on Saturdays so I will ship orders on Friday or the following Monday


Domestic Shipping (US Territory): 3-5 (USPS First Class Package)

 

International Shipping: 2-7 weeks (USPS First Class Package International)

    • Do orders have tracking?
    • All orders come with tracking. Please keep in mind that shipping outside of the states will be expensive.

 

      Tracking may stop updating once the package is across the border for international packages.

 

  • My order hasn't arrived yet.

Please check the tracking number or check with your local post office.

  • Can I get a refund for my order?

Cancellations can be made within 3 days of placing the order. If the order has been shipped within those 3 days, cancellations are not allowed. 

After that, all sales are final.

 

  • The product was damaged/I did not receive the correct items.

Please contact me with your order number and photos of proof to my email [email protected] as soon as possible. I will do my best to resolve any issues.

  • Will I receive any physical items from subscribing?
No, but it's an optional way to support me!
